3.TRANSFER MARKET:

                Using the Transfer window efficiently is one of the best ways to achieve success in the manager career.  If you are with an underperforming club, until you win leagues and tournaments and increase your transfer funds, you should only look for good free agents and loan transfers.  I would always prefer loan transfers until I get an appreciable transfer fund.  Also getting in older players might really help.  In FIFA 20 players like Ibrahimovic will be available for low prices so if you select an under performing club it might not be a problem for you to get in Ibrahimovic.
